What we collect
- Standard server logs: IP address, user-agent, referring URL, timestamps. Retained for 30 days, used for security and debugging.
- Email you send us: if you email the editorial or privacy address, we keep the message for as long as is needed to respond and for any reasonable follow-up.
What we don't collect
- We don't use advertising trackers or behavioural advertising pixels.
- We don't run third-party analytics that build user profiles (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar, etc.).
- We don't have login accounts for visitors; there is nothing to profile.
- We don't sell or trade personal information.
How information is used
- To keep the site secure (fighting abusive traffic patterns).
- To respond to your emails.
- For rough, aggregated traffic measurement (counts of pageviews, no profiles).
Cookies
This site does not set any third-party cookies. We may set a minimal first-party cookie to remember UI state (for example, whether the mobile navigation is open). Nothing is sent to advertising networks.
Third parties
The site serves its own static assets (fonts, CSS, JS, images) and does not pull content from third-party CDNs that would fingerprint your browser. External links go to public regulatory and operator pages; those pages have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and the privacy laws of individual provinces (including Quebec's Law 25), you can:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of any information we hold about you.
- Withdraw any consent you've given (for example, consent to keep an email thread).

Children
This site is not directed to children. Gambling-related content is inappropriate for minors. If you believe a minor has contacted us, email the privacy address and we will delete any records.
