Jeton login — all the official sign-in routes

This page is a sign-in-only reference for the Jeton e-wallet (one ‘t’) at jeton.com and business.jeton.com. It lists the legitimate login surfaces, what 2FA to expect, how to recover a locked account, and how to tell the real sign-in screen from known phishing clones. If you were looking for the Jetton casino login (two ‘t’s, jetton.games), that is a different brand — use Jetton casino login. If you want the wallet explainer rather than the sign-in, use What is Jeton. If you want to use Jeton at a casino, use Jeton casinos in Canada. For country-level context, use Jeton in Canada. This page is about wallet login surfaces only. It does not hold credentials, reset passwords, or contact Jeton support on your behalf.

Jeton e-wallet — sign-in surfaces

What Google currently shows

  • jeton.com / portal.jeton.com
  • jetonwallet.com/v2/login
  • business.jeton.com — separate product
  • jetonhelp.zendesk.com — support
  • jetonbank.com — related bank-themed brand

If you meant something else

This page only covers wallet sign-in surfaces. We do not claim authoritative knowledge of which surface is current for any given user — Jeton's product line has more than one login URL active in parallel, and which one is yours depends on when and how you registered. The sub-sections below describe each surface's typical behaviour as observed publicly; verify against the operator's current screens before acting on anything time-sensitive.

Which login URL should I use?

Jeton runs several official properties. They are all legitimate; the difference is what kind of account lives on each surface. You probably only have an account on one of them — not all four.

jetonwallet.com/v2/login — the classic wallet

If you opened a Jeton personal wallet prior to the portal rollout, this is where you likely sign in. The URL path /v2/login is the current screen — earlier versions had /v1/. The flow:

  1. Go to https://jetonwallet.com/v2/login — note the TLS padlock and exact domain spelling.
  2. Enter your registered email and password.
  3. Complete 2FA (SMS or authenticator app, depending on what you set up).
  4. Land on your balance screen — typically in the currency you registered with, not necessarily CAD.

This surface redirects to sandbox.jeton.uk/v2/login for testing environments used by developer integrations — a sandbox URL should never come up for a regular user. If you see sandbox on your screen while trying to sign in normally, you've followed the wrong link.

portal.jeton.com — the newer portal

Newer accounts created through the marketing-site flow often land in portal.jeton.com. This surface has a refreshed UI and separate session cookies from jetonwallet.com. The two aren't interchangeable for a given account — your account exists on exactly one of them, whichever one you registered on.

If you're not sure which surface is yours: try portal first, because that's where new sign-ups route. If the email/password combo is rejected, try the classic wallet URL.

business.jeton.com — for business accounts

Jeton's business product is a separate sign-up. You cannot log into it with a personal-wallet email unless you also registered a business account with that email. The business surface exposes Jeton for Merchants, bulk transfers, and the API console at business.jeton.com.

Personal users should never have reason to be on this URL. If a Canadian consumer was directed here by a support email, treat the email as potentially suspicious and verify with Jeton's Help Centre.

App-based login

The Jeton mobile app uses the same credentials as the web wallet you registered on. Key details:

  • Android: Google Play Store, package com.jeton.app. Publisher: Jeton Payment Services. Install from the Play Store only.
  • iOS: App Store, application ID 6499320378. Search "Jeton Wallet" in the App Store.
  • Biometric login (Face ID / fingerprint) is available after first sign-in with email + password + 2FA.
  • Session persistence: the app keeps you signed in between launches; the web surfaces log you out more aggressively.
APK sideload warning

APKPure and other mirror sites redistribute the Jeton APK. Install only from the Google Play Store — mirror APKs can be modified to exfiltrate credentials. A wallet app is a credential-handling app; don't treat it like a game.

2FA and device trust

Jeton supports two-factor authentication. The typical behaviour Canadian users will see:

  • During registration you're offered SMS-based 2FA or a TOTP authenticator (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password).
  • TOTP is more robust than SMS — SIM-swap is a real-world attack vector in Canada. If you're handling non-trivial balances, prefer an authenticator app.
  • Trusted-device toggles reduce 2FA prompts for 30 days. Do not enable trusted-device on a shared computer.
  • Back up your TOTP seed or save recovery codes at signup. If you lose the authenticator and don't have the seed, account recovery goes through Jeton support with KYC re-verification and can take days.

Locked account or forgotten password

The recovery path for a Canadian user:

  1. On the login screen use Forgot password — it sends a reset link to your registered email.
  2. If you no longer have access to that email, or 2FA is broken, open a ticket at jetonhelp.zendesk.com.
  3. Be prepared for KYC re-verification: a photograph of your ID, and possibly a selfie with the ID. This is the legitimate flow; don't send credentials by email.
  4. Expect 1–5 business days for serious recovery cases. Jeton operates in European time zones — tickets opened after 18:00 CET on a Friday will typically not be looked at until Monday.

Phishing clones — how to spot them

Jeton is a mid-size fintech with a recognisable name; it attracts the usual set of credential-stealing clones. Common patterns we've seen in 2026:

Trait of a cloneWhy it's suspicious
URL contains jeton but also extra words: jeton-wallet-login.xyz, jetonhelp-support.com, jeton-reset.netReal properties are short, stable second-level domains: jeton.com, jetonwallet.com, portal.jeton.com, business.jeton.com, jetonbank.com (the related bank site).
Pressure language: "Your account will be suspended in 24 hours"Jeton's legitimate messages do not use ticking-clock pressure.
Ask for your seed phrase or crypto wallet keyJeton is a fiat e-wallet. It has no seed phrases. If you're asked for one, the site has no idea what Jeton is.
Ask for SMS verification code to "reactivate"Classic SIM-swap / account-takeover pattern.
Telegram DMs claiming to be Jeton supportJeton does not run customer support over Telegram DMs.

If in doubt, type the URL by hand into the browser bar. Do not click the login button in an unsolicited email.

Canadian-specific notes

  • Canadian IP addresses can reach all Jeton login surfaces. Account eligibility depends on Jeton's KYC, not on geography alone.
  • Jeton is presented through its own international support and complaint routes rather than through Canadian-facing wallet pages. If complaint handling matters to you, verify Jeton's own help and escalation pages before funding.
  • For a dispute, start with Jeton's own support and published complaint process rather than assuming a Canadian-side pathway.
  • A Canadian user who funded the wallet from a Canadian bank can usually chargeback the originating bank payment within the card issuer's dispute window — that's a bank-side recourse, not a Jeton one.

This is not the Jetton casino login

Not the same product

If you're trying to sign into the Jetton crypto casino (two ‘t’s) — the TON-settled operator — you want Jetton login. That page covers the Jetton.games web PWA sign-in, the Telegram mini-app auth, and the TON Connect wallet flow. Entirely unrelated brand from the one on this page.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between jetonwallet.com and portal.jeton.com?

They are two surfaces Jeton runs in parallel. Older accounts live on jetonwallet.com; newer sign-ups land on portal.jeton.com. Your credentials work on the one you registered on. If the login fails on one, try the other — you won't 'merge' accounts by signing in twice.

I can log in on web but not the app (or vice versa). Why?

Same credentials usually work on both, but session management differs. Force-log-out on the web, then restart the app and try again. If a recent password change is the issue, allow a few minutes for propagation. If the app consistently refuses, wipe it and reinstall from the official store only.

Is it safe to save my Jeton password in a browser?

Acceptable if the browser has a strong master password and device-level encryption. Safer to use a dedicated password manager (1Password, Bitwarden). Do not save credentials on shared machines — Jeton sessions combined with a remembered password is effectively un-protected access.

Jeton asks me for KYC documents at login. Is that normal?

Periodic KYC refresh is normal for European-regulated wallets. It's suspicious if the request arrives by unsolicited email link. Always navigate in-app or by typing the URL, then upload documents only from that session.

Can I use the same Jeton account in Canada and somewhere else?

The account is account-holder-specific, not country-specific. If you move, update your address; if you travel, 2FA may trigger more often because your IP changes. Repeated geography changes sometimes trigger a KYC re-check.
